Where is the jewellery made?
Each item of jewellery is custom designed and produced at our studio in London, UK, using semi-precious stones, crystals, beads, gold, pewter, and silver that is sourced from suppliers around the world.
How to re-charge your gemstones and crystals?
It's important to cleanse your stones as they absorb energies that mix with your own auric field. Once in a while or when you feel necessary, you can clean out any negative or accumulating energies. Place the stones/crystals in direct sunlight or moonlight for a few hours, away from any electrical equipment. Alternatively, place the pendants under clean running water but try ensure no metals get wet, to prevent rusting. This care enables your jewellery to emit clearly and positively!
How do I care for my jewellery?
Remember not to spray any perfume, hairspray or any other chemical products near the jewellery as this could tarnish the metals. We suggest to keep them safe in a zip-lock bag, as this especially protects any silver from oxidising.
What is the shipping policy?
Shipment of all items is by Royal Mail, recorded delivery. We aim to create and dispatch all orders within three (3) business days following your order. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- £2.95 to the UK & N. Ireland (1 day);
- £9.95 to Europe (5 days);
- £11.95 to the rest of the world (5 days).
Express delivery is also available. Please contact us for rates or any other shipping queries.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept payment by PayPal only. You can still pay even if you don't have a PayPal account - just follow the instructions to pay online via debit or credit card.
Can I return an item I don't like?
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at Akasha Jewels. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within fourteen (14) days of sale. Please return all items in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
